We have a “no refund policy”. All our members to supposed check the product while placing order & at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied, so not accept the product delivery. You may also contact us for the same to notify about the issue. We will not take the product back or make the necessary adjustments to your order value.

All prescription based selections for eye glasses, contact lenses are made-to-order, so you can not return the product.

Check the product at the time of delivery & in case of any breakage or damage, do not accept the product & return immediately. You MUST take pics and create short video at time of inspection so as to avoid any problem in return/refund process. Once you accept the delivery Such returns/exchange/refunds will only be processed once we receive the product back and is inspected by our team. Only approved returns/exchange/refunds will be processed which could take up to 30 days to reflect in your payment source at the time of purchase. Any processing fees & delivery and return shipping charges will be deducted from the final approved amount.
