Return & Refund Policy

To cancel any order, please reach out to our App/Website/Customer care within 12 hours of placing the order.

In case you are not satisfied with the product delivered, you can return it to our delivery person at the time of delivery or send it back to us within 5 days. In case product has been delivered by COD, we will issue a store credit that you can redeem in future. Store credits never expire and can be redeemed anytime you want. 

**COD Charge(s) are NON-REFUNDABLE**
For returns requested for orders made via COD, we will issue refund after we receive the product back to our store & has been inspected to have no damages. A refund will be made after deducting COD charges which can be ₹150/, ₹250/-, ₹350 or ₹450, depending on COD charges mentioned in invoice or at time of booking the order.

For orders placed with Online payment, we will refund the amount in your wallet/payment source you used at the time of purchase. We request you to check all the items at the time of delivery. Or we will refund the amount to UPI/Bank account requested by customer for refund.

For products cancelled within 24 hours of purchase & before product has been picked by courier company (which is BEFORE 2PM the following day of order placed), a full refund will be placed within 48-72 hrs. You must immediately call us once you decide to cancel the order at 8860266663.

In case, can cancellation is after product pick-up by courier, before delivery, delivery cost + COD charges will be deducted & remaining amount will be refunded back, after product is returned back to our store.

For products being returned after delivery, product MUST BE in Original packaging with all items in original condition & undamaged. Contact lenses box must not be tampered or damaged in any way, or the packaging seal MUST NOT be broken. Any product that is partially-used or partially damaged, will not be eligible for any refunds or any type of claims.

Custom made/powered lenses added to frame can not be returned or refunded, they can only be transferred to a similar or small dimension frame(s) of your choice. No Refund for optical lenses, UNLESS there is any manufacturing defect or the lens power/prescription does not match the power/prescription given by customer/buyer.

All prescription based selections of lenses for eye glasses / powered sunglasses are made-to-order, so you can not return the product & are thus not eligible for refund/CLAIMS in any shape or form. However, we can offer to put them in another frame of your choice, provided the cut lenses get fit into  the frame of your choice. If there's a price difference in frame you returned & one you got, you'll have to pay difference for higher priced frame or get a refund for a lower priced frame. No Refund for optical/prescription lenses, UNLESS there is any manufacturing defect or the lens power/prescription does not match the power/prescription given by customer/buyer.

You will have to send us the frame+lenses back in original condition, unused via courier to below address & whatsapp the courier tracking details as soon as it's in transit:

OR you can also request us to pickup the return package & we will contact you for steps to follow, along with shipping label to be added to the package.

Check the product immediately at the time of delivery & in case of any breakage or damage, do not accept the product & return immediately. You MUST take pics and create short video at time of inspection so as to avoid any problem in return/refund process & send it to whatsapp 8860266663, if you plan to return or get it exchanged due to any reason.

Once you accept the delivery Such returns/exchange/refunds will only be processed once we receive the product back and is inspected by our team. Only approved returns/exchange/refunds will be processed which could take up to 20 days to reflect in your payment source at the time of purchase. Any processing fees & delivery and return shipping charges will be deducted from the final approved amount.
